ACC Ride Forever Motorcycle Courses – From Just $20
Want to be a better, safer, more confident rider? The ACC Ride Forever programme is the only nationally available, certified motorcycle coaching in New Zealand. Delivered by experienced Passmasters coaches, it’s subsidised by the government—so you can train with us from as little as $20.
Whether you ride a scooter, commuter, LAMS-approved learner bike, or a full-powered machine, there’s a Ride Forever course to suit your skills and goals.
📍 We run Ride Forever training in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Taupo, Whakatane, and Pukekohe.
How It Works

All riders can do up to two Ride Forever courses per year (only one Gold per year)

URBAN
FROM- If you’re new to riding a motorcycle or scooter, mostly ride in an urban environment, and want to boost early skills and commute safely, these half-day courses are for you.
- 4 HOURS FOR $20
BRONZE
FROM- This full-day course is ideal for riders on a Learner licence or those on a Class 6 Restricted licence riding LAMS-approved machines.
- 8 HOURS FOR $20
SILVER
FROM- Ideal for assisting riders on a Restricted licence reach their full licence or as a skills refresher for returning riders.
- 8 HOURS FOR $50
GOLD
FROM- Ideal for experienced riders looking to hone specific technical aspects of riding and riding styles. Groups can determine their own course content for the day.

COURSES
URBAN COMMUTER
$20 (4 Hours)
Perfect if you’re new to riding or mostly commute in town. Covers slow-speed control, hazard awareness, and defensive riding skills so you can survive city traffic.
Must hold: At least a Learner Licence.
SCOOTER SURVIVAL
$20 (4 Hours)
Specifically for scooter and moped riders in city environments. Learn how to boost confidence, handle traffic, and make every ride safer and more enjoyable.
Must hold: At least a Learner Licence.
BRONZE
$20 (8 Hours)
Ideal for Learner riders preparing for their Restricted Licence, Restricted riders, or returning riders needing confidence on the road. Focuses on CBTA competencies, urban riding, and some open-road experience.
Must hold: At least a Learner Licence (not suitable for absolute beginners—ask about personal training).
SILVER
$50 (8 Hours)
Designed for Restricted Licence holders or returning riders wanting to sharpen their skills. Covers urban riding plus challenging open-road environments at higher speeds. Supports preparation for the CBTA Full Licence assessment.
Must hold: At least a Restricted Licence.
GOLD
$50 (8 Hours)
For Full Licence holders with experience who want to level up their touring, group riding, and advanced handling skills. Content can be tailored to the group’s learning goals.
